Dugong Management 2025 Q3 Portfolio Update
2025 Q3 Portfolio
I have finally added my favourite dividend stock, DBS, to my portfolio in 2025 Q3. I purchased 500 shares of DBS at an average price of $45.32 in 2025 Q3. As mentioned previously, I am aiming to have at least $1 million worth of DBS stock in my dividend portfolio due to its impressive and consistent DPU growth rate.
The dividend payout in 2025 Q3 has been slightly below my expectations due to Mapletree Industrial Trust and Mapletree Logistics Trust reducing their dividend payouts for this quarter. However, I remain confident in the long-term prospects and management of these two Mapletree REITs. The surprise standout REIT for 2025 Q3 would have to be CapLand Integrated Commercial Trust, with its increase in dividend payout and acquisition of CapitaSpring. Ascendas REIT has maintained its steady performance with stable dividend payouts.
As mentioned in a previous post, DBS continues to show why it is the best dividend stock in SGX for investors in its 2025 Q3 earnings report. DBS net portfolio was up 1% Y-O-Y for 2025 FYQ2 to an impressive $2.82billion. As expected, its share price has increased accordingly due to its stellar performance. More significantly, its non-interest income grew by an impressive 10% Y-O-Y to $2.08 billion, driven by treasury customer sales, higher fee income, and market trading gain. DBS continues to shine as the king of dividend stocks in SGX, with sustainable growth and amazing dividends.
Long Term Goals
I am aiming to add an additional $975k worth of DBS stocks to my dividend portfolio over the next few years to hit my target of $1 million worth of DBS stocks. I will likely be adding a large sum of money by 2025 Q4 when a couple of insurance endowment plans have matured. REITs continue to struggle due to the US interest rates remaining high. Nevertheless, REITs will eventually rise back to their former glory when inflation has stabilised and the US Fed starts lowering interest rates. This will likely reflect an increase in DPU over the next few years for REITs.
